Position: Volunteer Coordinator, full time, paid
Job Function: Further the mission of the Hospitality Center for Chinese (HCC) by planning, implementing, overseeing, and evaluating a multi-faceted volunteer recruitment, development, and relations system. This system will support the programs, staff, and organizational needs of HCC. Full time, 40 hrs. a wk., with paid holidays and vacation. Reports to Executive Director. Schedule allows flexibility but requires some weekend and evening responsibilities.

Position: Furniture Associate (Internship Optional), part-time, paid
Job Purpose: To assist the Hospitality Center for Chinese (HCC) in implementing the summer furniture distribution program to benefit Chinese students, scholars, and their families. Collect, store/display, show, and distribute furniture and coordinate efforts of volunteers doing same; process web applications; use phone and email to set appointments; drive furniture van with trailer.
Part-Time Schedule and Optional Internship Benefits:
- Position lasts late June or early July through Sept. 12, 2015, including Labor Day, Sept. 6. Shift times are negotiable until published, weekly hours will vary and be heaviest in August. If winning candidate is enrolled in a college/university which grants internships, HCC will help intern qualify for institutional internship requirements and credit hours.
